Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule appointments. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Any same-day rescheduling or changes made within 24 hours will incur a $30 fee.

No Call/No Show

Will result in the inability to book future appointments, and the system will automatically charge your card the remaining balance.

Cashless Payments

All payments must be made via debit cards, credit cards, or MasterCard. No Zelle or Apple Pay. A Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed.

Emergency/Walk-In Appointments

Available with an additional $30 fee on top of the service charge.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to avoid disappointment and fees. Late arrivals may not receive full service or may not be seen if fully booked.

Refunds

No refunds are given on deposit fees or service fees. Once a deposit is paid, you are committing to your appointment and chosen procedure. No refunds for change of mind or after service has begun.

Guests

Please attend your appointment alone. No extra guests allowed.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking our services.

Services

Lashes can be fixed once at no additional charge within 3 days after the initial appointment. Any fixes needed after 3 days will be charged as a mini fill-in.

Appointment Booking

All appointments require a 50% deposit at booking, applied to the appointment. If you have lash extensions from another technician, please add lash removal to your service during booking.



COVID-19 Precautions

If you have tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19, please wait 10-14 days before booking. Masks must be worn for the duration of the appointment.
